Hey there and welcome to Punch Out Pitching! Punch Out Pitching was founded by Aidan McAllister (aka Coach Red). Coach Red is the current head coach for the Georgia Bombers 13u and 15u teams and a pitching instructor at their indoor facilities. He's been coaching with the Georgia Bombers since 2020 and was even coaching as a collegiate pitcher.
Prior to coaching, he pitched at the Division 1 level. As a crafty left-handed pitcher, he had to use his physical and mental skills to his advantage and pitch differently than the “norm”.
The goal of Punch Out Pitching is to enhance every pitchers’ skills to get them to the next level and develop ALL facets of pitching. You can expect to have better results when working with him because his coaching philosophy is that he focuses on the developing the “whole pitcher". He defines "whole pitcher" as someone who understands mechanics, arsenal (pitch design), mentality, and focus on how each pitcher is unique. His coaching approach to each pitcher is different because no two pitchers are exactly the same. Each individual pitcher will have an approach custom to who they are and what they need to work on. Services
At Punch Out Pitching, we offer a multitude of services to enhance your pitching skills. We offer custom pitching programs, private lessons, plyoball drills, arm care drills, mental training, and weight lifting exercises. All of these services are tailored to each individual as no two pitchers are the same.
My Why.
Growing up I always knew pitching was my passion. I learned how to pitch before I learned how to hit, tried to resemble my favorite pitchers and was obsessed with working on my craft. However, the one thing that was missing in my development was a quality, consistent coach that worked with me from the start of my career to the end. That's what I bring to the table. I want to stick with you at every level to continue to develop from the foundation we build together. I love baseball, I love pitching and I love coaching! I want nothing more than to help you accomplish your dreams on the bump!
