Punch Out Pitching offers personalized throwing programs to develop pitchers in all areas of pitching. Based on which program you choose, you will receive a throwing calendar, plyoball drills, workout schedule with lifts, mobility exercises and virtual weekly check ins. These are all custom to each player as no program is the same. I evaluate each pitcher, talk to them about their goals, and strategically map out a program that’s right for you. These are made monthly and designed for which part of the season we are in (preseason, in-season, offseason). The goal of these programs is to elevate all areas of pitching in each individual. Private lessons are vital one-on-one instruction that teach and develop pitching skills. This is where I break down mechanics, teach different pitches and focus on mentality. This is where pitchers learn how to pitch both mentally and physically.

Our "Stay Ahead" throwing program is best suited for the pitcher who has a good basic understanding of mechanics and pitch ability, but is looking for a tool to elevate their skills. Balance is one of, if not the biggest foundation of proper mechanics. Without pristine balance, pitching will be difficult and it will be hard to have consistent timing of your mechanics.
Good direction is vital in pitching. All pitchers want to throw strikes and having good direction is a huge piece of it!
The Rocker drill is a drill that focuses on syncing your lower half with the upper half in the later part of the delivery. This drill also works on keeping our hips closed when our lead leg lands.
Ball flips are an instrumental drill in taking care of one's arm. When done right, ball flips strengthen our shoulder muscles which allows one to throw harder and stay healthy.
Reverse throws are a great plyoball drill to add into your pre-throw or post-throw routine. Reverse throws are designed to increase posterior shoulder strength and strengthen our decelerators.
